Eggs Foo Yung
four eggs 1/two cup cooked beef, lamb,
1 No. two will bean sprouts chicken, shrimp, or flaked
(1 lb. of fresh sprouts) fish
two green peppers ½ tsp. salt
1 tiny onion 1 tbsp. powdered skim milk
The meat, peppers, and onion should either be finely chopped or place through the food grinder. Add the bean sprouts. In a very separate bowl beat the eggs as for an omelet or scrambled eggs. Mix in the meat and vegetables, and salt. Drop from a tablespoon onto a hot oiled griddle as for pancakes, and allow to brown gently on each sides. 1 giant frying chicken, or two two tbsp. cooking oil or butter

SAUCE FOR CHICKEN TAHITI

Cut the dressed chickens into pieces for frying, salt and sauté in the cooking oil in that the peeled clove of garlic has been allowed to heat.
